🔁 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
A proper unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return request

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

To maintain product hygiene and quality standards, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products purchased under sale, discount, or special offers
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Products damaged after delivery or due to misuse

💰 Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check
COD Orders: Only store credit or exchange will be provided (no cash refunds)

🚚 Return & Handling Charges

A standard deduction of ₹100–₹150 will be applied towards return shipping and handling
In case of incorrect or damaged product, return will be arranged at no additional cost
